Nadine is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Nadine holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary, and a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has over 5 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
Nadine is experienced in various presenting concerns including but not limited to trauma, borderline personality disorder, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, grief, eating disorders, and domestic violence, as well as faith and spirituality based counselling. Nadine is also providing formal psychological assessments to clients.

In her professional practice Nadine offers counselling services to adolescents & adults employing an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each individual’s needs. Overall she uses an integrated therapy approach that is focused to best suit the client’s needs and to get to the root of the issue.
Nadine utilizes various therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Nadine seeks to understand and come alongside all of her clients to ensure they get the care they need and loves getting the root of issues clients are facing so they can fully heal. She loves journeying with people to healthier more holistic lives.
Nadine loves the mountains and being outdoors, going for walks, adventures, working out, tea and coffee, houseplants, playing piano and guitar, and spending time with her family and friends. She is an extrovert that loves to be with people and strives to help people live the best holistic life they can.
