Natalya is a Registered Clinical Social Worker, as well as an approved Clinical Supervisor of Record (CSOR) with the ACSW. She attended the University of Calgary where she received her Bachelor of Social Work in 2006 and her Master of Social Work, with a Clinical Specialization in 2013.
Natalya has worked with individuals, couples, and families over the past 16 years. Natalya believes in the importance of understanding, trust, connection & belonging in the therapeutic relationship and carries this framework into her practice.
Natalya provides a compassionate environment for children, adolescents, adults living with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, anger issues, loss, low self-esteem, OCD, sleep issues, stress, behavioural issues and more.
Couples
Natalya uses Gottman Method and Couples Institute which applies developmental, attachment, and neuroscience models of intervention to improve the communication, trust, and respect within a relationship.
Families
Natalya works with all kinds of family homes to bridge communication gaps, help build attachment between parent and child, improve family bonds, navigate blended families, and nurture mutual compassion, respect, and empathy.
Seniors (65+)
Aging comes with a host of new experiences and life changes including retirement, becoming a grandparent, losing a loved one, or having health issues. Natalya wants to be there to support and guide you through this defining part of your life.

More About Natalya
Natalya is a wife and mother. She grew up in Newfoundland and moved to British Columbia at the age of 12. Natalya has lived in Alberta for the past 20 years, and has resided in the Calgary area since 2006. Natalya moved to Airdrie in 2013, where she has settled into this beautiful and thriving community.
Natalya enjoys skiing in the winter months, and hiking, camping, and gardening in the spring/summer months. Her values are founded on integrity, accountability, transparency, and collaboration. Loving life, sharing laugher, celebrating and honouring uniqueness are just a few of the qualities that Natalya brings to her practice, as well as her way celebrating life.
