Alyssa is a registered provisional psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and a member of the Psychological Association of Alberta. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Sociology, and a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology.
Alyssa has several years of experience working with children, adolescents, & adults experiencing a variety of concern, including, but not limited to, school Issues, parenting, childhood/adolescent trauma, family issues, adolescent stressors, adult job work stressors, relationship issues, stress, depression, trauma, anxiety, chronic pain & MVA issues.

In her professional practice Alyssa offers counselling services to adolescents & adults employing an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each individuals needs. Alyssa will draw on various therapeutic techniques including CBT, emotion focused, solution focused, strength based, and Mindfulness practices.
Alyssa is a therapist who is easy to talk to and focuses on building strong relationships with her clients. She does not over complicate things and is a great ally for her clients. She is light hearted and kind which allows clients feel comfortable with the counselling journey.
